DayRoot provides Eastern astrology-inspired reflection tools, including BaZi / Four Pillars readings, daily reflection, timing support, I Ching-style situational guidance, and relationship insights where available.

The service is designed for self-understanding and reflection. It is not a promise of future events or a substitute for your own judgment.

DayRoot content is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, tax, immigration, employment, or other professional advice.

Do not use DayRoot as the only basis for high-stakes decisions. If a situation may affect health, safety, money, legal rights, or mental wellbeing, consult a qualified professional.

Some features may require an account, email address, payment method, one-time report purchase, or active subscription. DayRoot V1 does not offer a free trial in the current public pricing.

Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and billing details are shown at checkout. Canceling stops future renewals, but refunds are provided only where required by law or by the applicable payment processor rules.

We may collect birth date, birth time, birth place, gender or pronoun context, relationship context, questions you submit, saved chart data, email address, account information, usage data, device data, log data, and support messages.

Payments are handled by a payment provider. DayRoot does not store full credit card numbers.

We use information to generate and save readings, personalize emails, provide customer support, operate and secure the service, improve product quality, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

If you opt in to daily emails or product updates, we use your email address to send those messages.

We may share information with service providers that help us host the product, process payments, send email, analyze usage, prevent fraud, or provide support.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. DayRoot does not sell personal information.

You can unsubscribe from marketing or daily reflection emails using the link in the email. We may still send account, billing, security, or service messages.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information. Contact support@getdayroot.com to make a request.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, and product improvement.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet service can promise perfect security.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use paid DayRoot services.

Do not misuse the service, scrape it, attack it, reverse engineer it, impersonate others, submit illegal or harmful content, or use it in a way that violates law or harms other people.

DayRoot owns the website, software, brand assets, design, and original service content. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service without permission.

You own the personal information and prompts you submit. You give DayRoot permission to process that information and generate outputs so we can provide, maintain, and improve the service consistent with this notice.

We may update these Terms and Privacy Notice as the product changes. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version and may notify account holders by email.

Continuing to use DayRoot after an update means you accept the updated terms.
